This striking piece was commissioned for The Company of Cutlers in Hallamshire by Neil and Julie MacDonald, Master and Mistress Cutler 2012-2013, as the 2013 Year Piece in the to celebrate the centenary of the discovery of Stainless Steel by Harry Brearley. It now forms part of The Company of Cutlers silver collection and sits on display at The Cutler’s Hall in Sheffield.

Inspired by the emblem of the Yorkshire Rose, it consists of a pentagonal, silver rose bowl sitting on a bed of five stainless steel petals.
